To use Lumiora services you must be at least legally capable in your jurisdiction and able to form binding contracts. Organizations may use the platform on behalf of their employees provided they have authority to do so.

Individuals under 16 should not create an account without parental or guardian consent. If you are under the required age, access must be supervised by a parent or guardian and any provided personal data must be obtained lawfully.

You agree to use Lumiora services in compliance with applicable laws and not for illegal, harmful or deceptive purposes. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.

Availability of certain services may vary by country. Access from territories where use would violate local law is prohibited. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations.

User Accounts

Some Lumiora features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. Account access is personal and non-transferable.

Keep profile and contact information current. Lumiora relies on accurate information to provide relevant career resources and communications.

Service Provision

Lumiora delivers educational content, mentoring, assessments and networking tools designed to support managerial development in the oil and gas industry. Service features, scope and availability are described on odioras.biz and may be updated from time to time.

We may modify, add or remove features and offerings. Material changes will be communicated to affected users in advance where required by law.

All intellectual property rights in the Lumiora platform, branding, software and proprietary materials belong to Lumiora or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute or create derivative works without prior consent.

• Do not decompile or reverse-engineer Lumiora software.

Paid Services

Pricing for paid services is displayed clearly prior to purchase. Fees are charged in the currency specified at checkout and may include applicable taxes.

To cancel a paid subscription, follow the account cancellation process or contact support as specified at purchase. Cancellations do not entitle users to retroactive refunds unless stated.

Lumiora may change prices for future billing periods with notice. Existing subscriptions will be subject to the pricing terms disclosed at purchase.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of paid services and access to member-only resources.
